The Ministry of State for Antiquities will be hosting the Workshop on Countering Antiquities Trafficking at Egypt's Ports and Borders. The event will be presented by the U.S Immigation and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations, in partnership with the Government of Egypt.

Dr. Zahi Hawass will attend the Second Conference on International Cooperation for the Protection and Repatriation of Cultural Heritage on 4th and 5th July 2011. The event continues the work begun at the Cairo Conference in April 2010.
Dr. Zahi Hawass will give a lecture at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino, 2nd Floor Naples Ballroom, 2707 South Virginia Street, Reno, Nevada. This is in assocation with the Nevada Musuem of Art.
