
A Guardian in the tomb chapel of the High Priest of Thoth, Petosiris, at Tuna el-Gebel

This tomb takes the architectural form of a Ptolemaic Period temple, and displays a mixture of Hellenistic and Egyptian art styles. Although built for Petosiris, the tomb actually became the burial place for three generations of his family.
