A couple days ago I received a letter from Samantha. She wrote to me about a school project that she's doing called "Traveling Charlie."

Samantha is in the 5th grade at Mann Elementary School in Kentucky, USA. Her class made "Charlie"s to travel the world and see how many people they could meet. I was lucky enough to receive Samantha's "Traveling Charlie," which she decorated in an Egyptian theme.

Samantha also included a personalized letter to me which my staff and I greatly enjoyed. Samantha is a very smart little girl and has been teaching herself hieroglyphs. I was very impressed with her ability to write out the hieroglyphic symbols and to even spell "Egypt"!
